Should the pump fail due to any of the conditions specified under the Protection Plan prior to the expiration of the 5 year term of this plan (not to exceed 5 years from pump manufacturing date code), F&W will repair or replace the pump at no charge through your distributor.

This plan covers all 5 thru 27 GPM, 1/2 - 1-1/2 HP, single phase F&W domestic submersible pumps fitted with a Franklin Motor that has been sold through Flint & Walling. Both the pump end and motor must bear the F&W Serial Code Number. The Plan is limited to the original dealer and only during the time in which the original retail purchaser occupies the site where the product was originally installed.

What this plan does not cover:
  • Lightning, or applications pumping sand or abrasives, salt water or other corrosive liquids. (See Gold Star/Gold Star Plus Protection Plan for additional lightning protection.)
  • Labor charges to pull or reinstall your submersible pump.
  • Franklin motors not purchased through F&W.
  • Failure attributed to cables, pipes, controls or accessories.
  • Failure attributable to misuse or improper installation.
  • Operation without sufficient water (running dry).
  • Consequential, incidental or contingent damage.
This protection plan is not intended to replace insurance coverage which otherwise may be applicable or available. This warranty extends to the dealer only. F&W reserves the right to replace any parts found to be defective at no charge. See F&W standard 1-year limited warranty for full details and limitations of warranty coverage.
